Step 1
Confidential Intake Form
The process begins after you fill out a confidential intake form
Step 2
Initial Consultation
After filling out a confidential intake form, we will reach out to you to set up a complimentary consultation to better understand your child's academic and emotional needs. Together, we will begin our plan of action to help get your child on the right track to success.
Step 3
Review & Analysis
Next, we will review your child’s assessments and reports, which can include IEPs, Report Cards, Psychoeducational Assessments and specialist reports.
Step 4
Recommendations and Reports
We will provide you with an in-depth overview of your child’s learning needs. This will include:

A written report of suggested learning strategies and/or accommodations

Referrals and/or resources within your community
Step 5
First Follow up Consultation
We will then follow up with an in-person or virtual meeting to discuss the
suggested recommendations and use this time to answer questions and/or give
feedback for next steps.
